  • What You Can Return: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective watches, as long as they’re new, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.
  • Where We Accept Returns: USA only.
How to Return Your Item
  • Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
  • Return Label: We provide a free, downloadable return label for you to print – no shipping costs, whether it’s defective or you simply changed your mind.

Refunds
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 8 business days to your original payment method.
  • Restocking Fees: None – returns are free of extra charges.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: Check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at [email protected] if there’s an issue.
Defective Items
  • If your watch arrives damaged, faulty (e.g., broken seams or defects present before use), or isn’t as described, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a free return label and issue a full refund upon receipt.
Important Notes
  • Condition: Only new, unused items qualify for returns.
  • No Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges at this time – refunds only.
  • Shipping Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Verify it carefully, as we can’t redirect packages or refund orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
