Order Processing & Delivery
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday), depending on your location.
  • Total Delivery Time: 8-12 business days from the time you place your order.
  • Note: Delivery times may be delayed during holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas) or due to unforeseen events. We’ll keep you updated!
Shipping Costs
  • Standard Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $99.99.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders $99.99 and above.
  • Shipping Zone: Continental USA only (excludes AK, HI, and territories unless specified).
  • Carrier: We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Watchio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. For more details, please check with your local customs office.

Damaged or Lost Items

We pack every order with care, but if your watch arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
